Central Intake - The South Eastern Consortium of Alcohol and Drug Agencies (SECADA)

The South Eastern Consortium of Alcohol and Drug Agencies (SECADA) provides a single point of contact for all individuals affected by problematic alcohol and drug use and referring organisations to be connected to a large network of specialist support services.

The South Eastern Consortium of Alcohol and Drug Agencies (SECADA) is a leading provider of alcohol and drug services for the South East Catchment of Melbourne.

SECADA is the central intake service for a large network of specialist services which support youth and adults with a range of alcohol and drug concerns. This includes people who may be experiencing mental health problems, family and social disconnect, or have been involved with the courts or police. SECADA also provides support to their families, friends and carers.

SECADA will provide:

  • Intake and Assessment
  • Counselling – standard and complex
  • Care & Recovery coordination
  • Non-residential withdrawal services
  • Referrals to residential withdrawal services and rehabilitation services

This service is for anyone in the South Eastern catchment area of Melbourne.

This is a free service.
