First People's Health and Wellbeing - Thomastown
First People's Health and Wellbeing is a dynamic Aboriginal community controlled health service that provides culturally safe health care, including support for social and emotional wellbeing, to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples living in North Eastern Melbourne.
First Peoples’ Health and Wellbeing provides a range of services including counselling, mental health care plans and referrals, general consults and other support to assist with general health (e.g., family planning, chronic conditions care, smoking, and weight loss).
Eligibility Criteria
Anyone living in Australia can access this service.
Fees
There are no out-of-pocket fees associated with this service. All services are bulk-billed for Medicare card holders.
