Headspace - Hawthorn
Headspace Hawthorn is a free one-stop-shop for young people, aged 12-25 years, who need help with mental health, physical health (including sexual health), alcohol and other drugs, or work and study support.
Headspace Hawthorn offers young people a welcoming environment to access confidential and free mental health support, health advice, and general information.
The highly qualified, friendly team of workers who specialise in youth wellbeing can provide support at a crucial time – to help get young people back on track and strengthen a young person's ability to manage their mental health in the future.
Headspace's services include:
- General health services (youth-friendly, free doctors)
- Counselling & mental health support
- Alcohol and other drug services
- Vocational, education & training support

Young people aged 12-25 years can access this service.
