Kids Helpline is Australia’s only free, private, and confidential 24/7 phone and online counselling service for young people aged between 5 and 25 years old, as well as their parents, and their carers.
Qualified counsellors at Kids Helpline are available via WebChat, phone, or email anytime and for any reason.
Young people can choose the gender of the counsellor they speak to and are able to access the same counsellor if they wish to call back.
Eligibility Criteria
Anyone aged 5-25 years old in Australia can use this service. Kids Helpline is also available to help support parents and carers of young people.
