Lifeline
Lifeline is 24-hour crisis support and suicide prevention service for Australians experiencing emotional distress, as well as support for their families and carers.
Lifeline is national charity providing all Australians experiencing emotional distress with access to crisis support and suicide prevention services.
Lifeline is committed to empowering Australians to be suicide-safe through connection, compassion, and hope. Lifeline exists to ensure that no person in Australia has to face their darkest moments alone.

In addition to the telephone crisis support service, Lifeline runs confidential web chat (7pm-midnight AEST) and text (12pm-midnight AEST) services 7 days a week for those who may feel more comfortable seeking help in these ways.
