Albert Road Clinic offers various inpatient and day patient mental health programs and therapies for a range of mental health conditions, some of which include; anxiety, depression, PTSD, developmental trauma, borderline personality disorders and problematic substance use. These programs have been developed in collaboration with the clinic's accredited psychiatrists and are tailored to an individual needs.
The Addictions Service program provides inpatient support and detoxification as well as day patient rehabilitation and relapse prevention programs. All include a comprehensive assessment service.
The integrated therapeutic model includes:

- Motivation Enhancement Therapy
- Psychoeducation
- Group Psychotherapy
