Healthability's After Hours Mental Health Nurse support service provides an opportunity to meet with someone face to face, or to talk with someone over the phone or online, to help get on top of things early.
Sometimes stress, anxiety, depression or grief can be overwhelming. Healthability's Mental Health Nurses offer face to face, phone, or online chats to help get on top of things early.
You can freecall 1300 003 509 to talk with a nurse over the phone or a telehealth video call session can be arranged.
The support service provides:
- Someone to listen to your needs and concerns
- Help to know what steps to take next
- Recommendations for ongoing support services
- Checking in on how things are going down the track
Eligibility Criteria
This service is available to anyone residing in the eastern Melbourne region.
