Griefline provides a range of online forums to provide people with a confidential platform from which to give and receive support and connect with others 24 hours a day. Griefline's online forums give people the opportunity to read about other people’s stories in managing and working through their experiences of grief and loss, while also providing the opportunity to actively interact and share their own journey.
These online forums cover areas including:

- Loneliness and isolation
- Stressful or traumatic events
Individuals need to join Griefline's online community before they can access the forums. Registration can be accessed here.
