Headspace Satellite - Lilydale

Headspace Lilydale is linked to Headspace Knox, a service for young people aged 12-25 where they can access confidential and free mental health support, health advice, and general information.

The highly qualified, friendly team of workers who specialise in youth wellbeing can provide support at a crucial time – to help get young people back on track and strengthen a young person's ability to manage their mental health in the future.

Appointments for Headspace Lilydale are currently scheduled through headspace Knox. Headspace Lilydale is currently an online and phone service only and will be upgraded to a physical centre in the near future.

Current services include:

• Phone and online counselling support
• Community engagement
• Mental health awareness

Young people aged 12-25 years can access this service.
