healthAbility is an independent, community health organisation that exists to improve the health and wellbeing of people across all ages and abilities and to inspire people and communities to be healthier and more inclusive.

healthAbility supports people with a mental illness, disability, older people in the community, people with complex and chronic conditions, families, and youth.

healthAbility provides counselling services for anyone experiencing emotional difficulties that are impacting their day-to-day life. This may include support and advice regarding:

• Depression and anxiety
• Stress
• Family conflict
• Relationship difficulties
• Parenting challenges
• Trauma
• Grief, loss and bereavement
• Misuse of alcohol and other drugs

This service is available to anyone living or working in the Cities of Banyule and Whittlesea, Shire of Nillumbik, and the surrounding areas around Wallan and Kinglake.

This is a free service.
