InsideOut - Institute for Eating Disorders
InsideOut is Australia’s national institute for research, translation and clinical excellence in eating disorders. The Institute comprises a team of expert researchers, clinicians and public policy-makers committed to ensuring every person with an eating disorder has access to the best possible care.
The InsideOut website provides resources, eLearnings, blogs, podcasts, research information, support organisations listing and a treatment service database.
InsideOut has developed a quick and easy questionnaire, depending on how you answer the initial questions, you may be promoted to complete a more detailed online assessment known as the Eating Disorder Examination Questionnaire (EDEQ). The results of your EDEQ can be shared with your doctor, and may be used to inform your diagnosis and treatment plan.
