Mental Health Foundation Australia runs various Friends, Family & Carers Forums for people who are caring for someone with complex mental health issues to share, listen, and offer advice to people who 'get it'.

Mental Health Foundation Australia (MHFA) is an organisation made up of people from all walks of life. It includes professionals, those living with mental illness, families of those living with mental illness, mental health related organisations and members of the public with an interest in mental health.

The Family, Friends & Carers Online Forum is for people who care about someone with complex mental health issues.

The online forum is a safe place to share your experience of caring for someone living with complex mental health issues. This allows family, friends, and carers to connect to people like in a similar situation who 'get it'. There are topics about challenges caring for a child, parent or friend and issues on mental illnesses, drugs and alcohol, grief and loss and suicide prevention. The forums allow people to read stories, reply to discussions, or start their own.
