North East Metro Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect

North East Metro Connect has been co-designed by people with a lived/living experience of being family members and carers of people with mental health and substance use concerns. They work closely with people across the community to ensure families/carers’ needs are understood and supported.

They provide a range of services for Victorian families and carers of all ages, including:

• individual peer support
• family therapy
• educational sessions and group programs
• information, resources and practical support for health and wellbeing

Locations include Ivanhoe, Eltham, Ashburton, Lilydale and Belgrave.

Families, carers, supporters and kin of people challenged by mental health and/or alcohol and other drug use.
