Pharmacotherapy Advocacy Medication Support (PAMS) is a state-wide telephone service for anyone in Victoria that may be experiencing any kind of trouble with their current opioid pharmacotherapy program.

Pharmacotherapy Advocacy Medication Support (PAMS) is run by Harm Reduction Victoria (HRVic) and funded mainly by the Victorian Department of Health.

PAMS is a telephone-based service and the information provided here is for people whose opioid dependency has become problematic or unmanageable.

The telephone service can provide information, support, advocacy, referral and mediation for opiate pharmacotherapy users and their direct service providers on any pharmacotherapy client related issues in Victoria.

PAMS is a confidential service, meaning they do not discuss a client with any other party without their consent.

This service is for anyone living in Victoria.

This is a free service.
