Project Hope and Thrive - Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drug Counselling
Project Hope and Thrive is a whole-of-health counselling program that offers a peer support counselling program for people with lived experience or for people experiencing alcohol or substance use concerns.
Project Hope and Thrive is a program delivered by EACH which supports people with alcohol, tobacco, and substance use issues.
Project Hope
Project Hope provides peer support from people who have a lived experience with substance use and mental health concerns. They provide opportunities for people to share their lived experience of substance use and mental health concerns at forums, conferences, and training workshops. The aim is to support individuals and to work toward reducing stigma in the community.
Project Thrive
Project Thrive is a family-inclusive whole-of-health counselling approach providing support for individual family members and significant others who may be affected by substance use. People experiencing chronic health concerns will be offered an integrated multi-disciplinary health care response.
Eligibility Criteria
This service is for anyone with substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns who has a willingness to engage in treatment.
Fees
This is a free service.
