Red Nose Grief and Loss webchat is an online counselling service to assist parents and their families after the death of a baby or child.

Red Nose is a national charity working to save little lives and support families impacted by the death of a baby or child. Red Nose Grief and Loss Services assist families who have experienced the sudden and unexpected death of a baby or child, during birth, pregnancy or infancy, regardless of the cause.

Online Chat:

Red Nose Online Chat is a counselling service to assist parents and their families after the death of a child. The webchat is run by a team of qualified grief counsellors with extensive experience in providing high quality and effective bereavement care for grieving parents, children and other family members. Red Nose Online Chat is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10 am and 3pm (AEST). During these times, anyone can connect directly with Red Nose counsellors in real-time from anywhere in Australia. The counsellors can chat online and connect bereaved individuals with further support options if they need.
