SHARC - Residential Peer Programs
SHARC provides residential based peer programs for adults and young people seeking recovery from alcohol and drug use. The program supports those on their recovery journey by providing accommodation, counselling and life skills.
SHARC's residential based programs provide access to drug-free housing and a supportive community for adults and young who are experiencing severe problems related to their use of alcohol and other drugs.
Recovery Support Service (RSS)
The RSS is a residential service for young people aged 16 to 25 who are experiencing severe problems related to their use of alcohol and other drugs. RSS staff are qualified Alcohol and Other Drug professionals and have also lived through the experience of recovery themselves. Residents have the opportunity to recover with a group of like-minded people while living in the community.
Understanding & Support Women's House
The Understanding and Support Women's House is a self-organised and self-run residential program for women aged over 26 years old that harnesses the power of community to support to recovery.
Oxford Houses
Oxford Houses provides affordable and secure housing for people recovering from alcohol and other drugs. This is an open-ended program that uses a three quarter way living setting to support individuals along their journey to recovery and reinforce their accountability for managing their affairs in their own home.
Eligibility Criteria
This service is for anyone aged 16 years and over living in Australia.
