The Compassionate Friends Victoria - Siblings Online Chat Service

The Compassionate Friends Victoria (TCFV) offers a dedicated online chat counselling service for grieving siblings in the event of the death of a sibling – of any age or from any cause.

The Compassionate Friends Victoria (TCFV) offer a number of support services specifically for grieving siblings so they can connect with people from similar experiences.

TCFV Siblings Online Chat Service gives easy access to support from someone who is also a bereaved sibling who is further along on their grief journey. The live chat is with a trained peer chat responder who can help individuals work through common feelings among bereaved siblings such as isolation and loneliness when they perceive that ‘people do not get it’.

Please note this service is not a crisis support service or a professional mental health service.

The service is for bereaved siblings aged 18 years and over living in Australia, who have experienced the death of a sibling.

TCFV's Siblings Online Chat Service is available for free.
