Wellways - Helpline

Wellways Australia Limited is a leading not-for-profit mental health and disability support organisation with services in Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria and Tasmania. Wellways reach thousands of people each year spanning across a range of issues including mental health, disability and community care.

Wellways Helpline is a free and confidential telephone and email counselling service. The helpline aims to help people feeling socially isolated, looking for information about mental health support, or just needing someone to talk to.

The expert counselling staff can offer support, information and referral service for individuals, families and for professionals. All the workers have lived experience with mental health issues.
