COVID should not stop you from seeking help

We encourage you to not delay seeking help, even though it might feel more difficult than usual.

Grief support

Grief can affect anyone at any time. You may experience grief if a person or a pet dies, a relationship ends, or if you experience a miscarriage. Whatever may have triggered your grief, there is support available to help you manage during this time.

Reaching out to your GP is always a good first step to get the help you need. Your GP can refer you to a service that is right for you. For more information about visiting your GP for the first time, click here.

There are also a number of organisations that specialise in grief support. These organisations offer support groups, counselling and online information and resources. A range of face-to-face, phone and online services are available.
